Family Centered Therapy

You deserve to have a supportive ally who recognizes and respects your family’s values. This style of therapy utilizes an integrated and comprehensive approach that equips parents with the necessary tools and skills to support their children in various settings such as home, school, and the community. The objective of family-centered therapy is to foster positive relationships, facilitate skill development, and reduce behavioral difficulties. It is a collaborative process involving both parent coaching and family sessions that include parents and their child. To get started schedule a free consult!

Children thrive in learning environments when they are engaged and regulated. Play therapy harnesses the power of play to foster connection, promote regulation, and enhance communication. We utilize a developmental behavioral model that celebrates your child just as they are. Our goal is to address parental concerns, facilitate skill-building, and nurture your child’s development, promoting mental, emotional, and physical well-being in an integrated manner.

PLAY Therapy

Peer pals

Group therapy for children aged 3 to 8 years old. These sessions are divided into two age groups: 3 to 5-year-olds and 5 to 8-year-olds. Peer Pals is an inclusive and neurodiversity affirming group that celebrates your child just the way they are. Our aim is to foster relationships while nurturing your child's special interests. In this group children attend without their parents. Throughout our sessions, we will focus on developing essential skills, including self-advocacy, flexible thinking, understanding others' perspectives, and self-regulation tools. This group welcomes all children and is a beautiful, warm space for your child to develop meaningful connections with peers in their community.
